Eating more than most people would in a similar
period of time.

Feeling out of control, unable to stop eating or
to control how much or what is eaten.

Eating more rapidly than normal.

Eating until uncomfortable.

Eating when not hungry.

Eating alone out of embarrassment, disgust and
guilt.
-
Binging at least two days a week for six months
that isn't followed by compensatory behavior, such as purging, fasting
or excessive exercise.
