Video Text: Associate Professor Mauricio Pereria da Cunha, Laboratory for Surface Science and Technology: "I think we are the foremost research institution in this area. We published a paper in New York this past month, and several other countries are asking us how we are implementing and making this. They are aware somehow that this crystal that we use--this electric crystal, or these acoustic wave devices--will operate up to high temperatures, so this is a first."
