think my favorite part was harvesting. It was just exciting to see all
the plants come up and all the food grow and be able to pick it. The
most challenging, I think, was working fast enough, because there were
few of us, so we had to work really fast, and that was hard for me."
Hayley Williams, Sustainable Agriculture Major: "I thought it was really
interesting--we started out with planting and everything looked like it
was going to die and so we felt really terrible, and then everything
came out, so that was kind of the best and the worst of it, because it
was a couple weeks where we were completely stressed out about
everything dying, but it kind of gave you hope that it came back to
life."
