Video Text: Ellonai Hickok, Sustainable Agriculture Major: "I think it's most important for people to know that it's possible to eat sustainably in our world today. I think that a lot of people think that they just can't, or it's too inconvenient, but I think, yeah, the CSA shows that it's possible."

Hayley Williams, Sustainable Agriculture Major: "And people come together as a community and they don't have to use as much oil or gas to get their food to them, and we've all created this community where people are centered around good food that doesn't use chemicals or anything. So, it's really great to see that a little place like this can do it and do it well."
